At Uni Tex Milles, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, our support team is here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.

The product must be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept size swaps, exchanges, or returns on sold-out products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at support@unitexmilles.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
